Ingredients:
1 bag of Plein Soleil Shortcrust Pastry
1 bag of Plein soleil Frozen Spinach (400g)
1 Plein Soleil Avita Cheese Feta (250g)
200ml of cooking cream
1 Egg (beaten)
Lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 190° celsius, lightly grease a medium size pan. Place the Shortcrust pastry & brush with beaten egg.
Slightly bake for better texture before pouring the mixture.
In a medium bowl mix together the spinach, cooking cream, avita cheese, lemon zest, white pepper & nutmeg.
Pour the mixture in the dough, top with shredded mozzarella and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
